Shipping Information

To cut down on waste, prints are individually printed just for you. Please contact us for customization or personalization options.

Printing and processing can take up to 4 business days, and delivery up to 14 business days depending on location. All of our products are shipped from France. Shipping estimated times go as follow:

  • France: from 2 to 4 business days
  • European Union: 3 to 10 business days
  • World: 5 to 14 business days

All orders are shipped in protective, plastic-free packaging and come with tracking information to ensure damage-free transport.

If your order arrives in anything less than perfect condition, or if it is the wrong item, please let us know right away by sending us a picture at hello@tinyowls.art

Return Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@tinyowls.art with a picture of the product to start a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not liable for the shipping cost of the returned package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is accepted, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. This may take up to 14 days to be processed. Please also be aware that banks and credit card companies may also take time to process the credit. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To keep things simple, exchanges will first be handled as a return and then we will proceed with a separate order for the new item.
